Worth re-reading every now and again July 7, 2008 This is a book that is easy to read, that provides some useful insights into how the mind works and how it can get in the way of a good golf game. Golf is a great game often spoiled by our own tension, impatience and destructive thoughts. This book has some simple and effective tips and tools to help focus and to erradicate bad habits. It's even worth buying as a gift for any golfing freinds who have hissy fits and throw their clubs around as a subtle way of letting them know that their behaviour should be improved!
Aweful, truly bad - avoid! January 14, 2006 0 out of 6 found this review helpful
I've had a lot of bad golf products, gadgets and gizmos but this book really suks big time.
I managed to wade through half of it then threw it in the bin in total disgust.
Golf is 90 % mental and 10 % ability June 30, 2005 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I took up golf 3 years ago and now that I have mastered the basics I found that the mental side of the game was letting me down. Having read this book I now understand why and recognise the symptons. The book contains some very practical advice that is simple but effective. My opinion and outlook on my game has changed for the better and the consistency is improving.
